Background: The Republic Of Anodyne is a non-territorial
stable democracy that declared independence on January 30, 2000.
Its founders consist primarily of a group of individuals
dedicated to peacefully establishing a viable homeland through
negotiation with existing governments and the United Nations.
Citizens of the RoA retain their citizenships held prior to
accepting dual-citizenship with the RoA.
The dominant political issues continue to be increasing the
population of dual-citizens, fund raising, and the establishment of
a homeland.
